Our flat pack furniture is designed for easy assembly.
Here are some tips to make it even easier !
Make sure you have plenty of room to build
Assemble on a flat surface. Use the packaging as a surface to protect the wood.
Check all pieces against the instructions
When assembling, always dry assemble before applying glue or screwing.
Use the correct tools as shown on the instructions
Do not use use power drivers. Pine is a softwood and power drivers even with a low clutch setting may drive the screw too deep, causing damage.
If the pack includes PVA glue, use it on all dowell joints
