Purchasing goods
We only deal with orders to be delivered in the United Kingdom Mainland.
Most items are delivered in flat packs for self assembly. We do not offer an assembly service.
We accept payment by cheque or credit/debit card. Card transactions are conducted via secure SSL transaction or Paypal in which case you will be automatically forwarded to their secure site to complete your transaction.
All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% but exclude delivery which is shown on your purchase invoice at the time you place your order, in the checkout.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email.
Goods are subject to availability and delivery is by carrier, which means that delay in delivery is sometimes out of our control. Delivery is from Monday to Friday, we do not deliver at weekends.We will not be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay of the goods unless caused by our negligence. Large items may be palletised.
Should delivery take more than 28 days, we will give you the option of a refund.
Complaints
We will deal with complaints within 5 working days. Should you wish to return an item you must agree to pay the cost of carriage yourself. Any damage incurred in transit must be notified to us within 2 days of delivery as we have to notify carriers within this time scale.
